Wai Ying (Jenny) Chan, PMHNP-BC

Jenny is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from NYU and her Master’s degree from Stony Brook University. Jenny specializes in treating depression, anxiety, and cultural identity challenges, offering evidence-based psychiatric care tailored to each individual’s unique path to healing. She provides compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive support, working collaboratively with individuals to foster meaningful growth and lasting emotional well-being.

As a first-generation Asian American, Jenny understands the complexities of navigating dual cultural identities. This lived experience enhances her ability to connect with others facing similar challenges and shapes her empathetic, inclusive approach to mental health care.
